Here are the instructions to get started so we can install and setup your copy of Nison Candle Scanner (NCS).
Follow these steps to quickly enable your computer so we can get access to it and get you up and running as quickly as possible:
Nison Candle Scanner Remote Support
As directed by a Nison Candle Software Tech Support Representative, please download and run the remote support application.
Click Here To Download The Remote Access Application Now
When you click to download, your browser may give you an option like the one below to Run or Save the file. If it does, select Run. If it downloads the file to your downloads folder, simply double-click the file to launch the installation process. If you are running any antivirus software, please be sure to allow this as a safe application if you are asked to do so.
If you are using Firefox or a different Internet browser, please download the file to your desktop. Once downloaded you will need to manually run the file.
Once the support application is launched, an ID and password will be generated for you by our support program as seen below.
Your Nison Candle Scanner software support representative will need this password to connect to your computer and complete the NCS installation. Please type the password in the message area and send. Keep the program running until your representative is connected to you.
Once the remote session is completed, please terminate the remote session by closing the Nison Candle Scanner remote support application.
