How is this Candlecharts Academy different from MyCandlecharts.com? +

This site is where you can purchase and access any of our candlestick training programs. All of your products can be accessed through a single login so you can view the online streaming videos anytime and anywhere.

Our membership site at MyCandlecharts.com is an online community where you can interact with other traders and our staff while having ongoing daily guidance in the markets

I already own some products on DVD. Can I also view the online videos on this site? +

Contact us at info@candlecharts.com and provide us with your name and the DVD products you currently own. We will work with you to show you how you can also get access to those same products on this site.

When will I receive access to the products that I purchased? +

When you complete your order and your login access, you will be able to access your products immediately.

What should I do if I lose my password? +

On the member login page, click on the text link “Lost Your Password?” This will allow you to enter your username or email address. Then the system will send you an email with a link where you can reset your password.

What should I do if I lose my username? +

Contact us at info@candlecharts.com and provide us with your full name and email address you used to purchase your product. We will then provide you with your username.
